products; for, but not limited to the private borrower. The general
requirements are as follows;
1)The lender must be the first lien holder.
2)There can be no more then 60% loan to value (LTV) ratio.
3)The Collateral can be anything of value.
4)The loan must be held by the borrower for at least 1 week.
Loans are offered for commercial and residential properties (occupied and
non occupied) with the exception of those that are owner occupied.
The approximate time for the processing of a loan is 1 business day from
when the necessary documentation is received by our office.
We also offer expedited filing services pertaining to mortgage requirements
such as; Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) forms and mortgage note filing etc.
